Together we have IP, deep digital technology experience, and a global delivery capability that is supported by a huge bank of corporate knowledge, experience and qualifications in Transformation Consulting.  On 1 September 2016 Molten was acquired by Sia Partners.
Molten was established in 2003 by Rory Colfer and Irene Molodtsov and has since developed and expanded to become the unique specialist consulting firm which is now a valued part of the Sia Partners Team. In the past 17 years, Sia Partners has become a leading international independent consulting firm. The firm is recognized for its advanced expertise in the energy, banks, insurance, telecoms and transportation sectors. Cofounded in 1999 by Matthieu Courtecuisse, the group is now present in 16 countries and counts the United States as its second-largest market. Our Partners and Directors

Irene Molodtsov

Irene Molodstov is a CEO at Sia Partners UK. Together with Rory Colfer, she established Molten in 2003 where she was a Managing Partner. Her experience lies in designing and running major transformation programmes.

Prior to Molten, she worked in KPMG Consulting running major change initiatives across Europe. Prior to moving to the UK, Irene lived and worked in Hong Kong. She started her professional career in industry working for Pilkington in Australia. Her functional areas of expertise include programme management, change management, strategic programme communications and organisation design. She gained a Bachelor of Commerce (University of Melbourne) and Post Graduate Industrial Relations (University of Melbourne).

When Irene is not working you can find her chasing her two young children around who are in turn chasing their chickens.

Rory Colfer

Rory Colfer is a CEO at Sia Partners UK. Together with Irene Molodtsov, he established Molten in 2003 where he was a Managing Partner. His functional expertise is in Strategy and Large Scale Programme Management. 

As a chartered accountant and a former CEO & Finance Director, he brings industry as well as business experience to consulting. Rory has led significant programmes from corporate strategy assignments for Oil Supermajors and Consumer Goods businesses through to the development of optimal organisation structures and post-acquisition and merger integration restructuring. Rory is a performance coach and regularly coaches senior executives across different sectors. Prior to Molten, he ran the Strategy Consulting arm of KPMG Consulting. Rory has more than 20 years of consulting experience.

Rory loves golf, skiing, kids and socialising. 

Graeme Corbett

Graeme is a Director at Sia Partners UK and leads the Programme & Project Management Practice. His functional expertise lies in designing, planning and managing large scale transformation programmes as well as Operating Model design and delivery.

Before Sia Partners, Graeme worked in PriceWaterhouseCoopers’ UK consulting practice, specialising in Operations transformation in the Energy sector. Prior to PwC, he worked in industry for three years with ExxonMobil Lubricants & Specialty Chemicals and before that at Chase Manhattan Bank and Bain & Company. Graeme holds a Bachelor of Science (Geography) from the University of Leeds as well as a Masters in Business Administration from Leeds University Business School.

In his spare time, Graeme can be found running around after his three small children, running or trying to fit in a game of golf.

Richard Lucas

Richard Lucas is a Director at Sia Partners UK, who has played a central role in the development of the Organisation Practice. Richard is Sia Partner UK’s lead practitioner in organisation design and has deep experience of delivering large-scale organisational change for clients across different sectors, mainly in heavy industry including power generation, oil and gas and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Sia Partners UK, Richard has held senior consulting positions at PwC and Evolve Partners and began his career in HR Management with Rover Group in the UK. A graduate in French and social sciences, he has worked extensively in Europe, the US and Caribbean.

Away from work, and when his family allows him to, Richard tries to indulge in his passion for food, wine, cricket, fast cars and fine art, not always together, or necessarily in that order.
